If you are currently using the Rocket Now Manager app in Japanese, you can change the language settings by selecting the Self Service (セルフサービス) menu and clicking Languages (言語).
In Home Menu, you can check the store's status at a glance.
💡Change: When the store gets busy!
To temporarily pause new orders when busy, click the [Change] button on the Home screen, select [Temporary Suspension], and set the time.
💡 Banner: You can check useful information and tips for store operations.
💡Today's Sales: The summary resets at 6 am every day.
In Order Menu, you can receive orders easily and view the details in depth.

Please check the customer requests and order details carefully before preparing.
💡Accepting Order: Orders will get cancelled if you don’t accept them within 3 minutes.
2. Changing Cooking Time
Please input the estimated cooking time.
*The cooking time can be adjusted up to ±20 minutes from the recommended time.
💡To ensure smooth driver allocation, Rocket Now suggests Recommended time based on the store’s order history. Of course You can adjust cooking time by manual.
3. In Progress Orders
You can check the list of in progress orders.
💡Food Ready: When you finish cooking so that the driver can be assigned, please tap the Food Ready button.
💡Delay Prep: To adjust an order’s cooking time, select the order and then tap ‘Delay Prep’.
💡Cancel Order: If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled due to store circumstances, you may cancel it by tapping the Cancel Order button.
In Self-service Menu, you can update the information necessary for store operations by yourself.
💡Sold Out/Hide: You can check the status and number of the menu items you have set as sold out or hidden.
💡Review: The first step in customer management ー check your reviews and try replying to them.
